Going Bananas for Bananas

Bananas contain fiber, potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and antioxidants.

They make you feel full longer which may help with weight loss.

A potassium rich diet can help lower blood pressure and the risk of heart and kidney disease.

The magnesium and potassium found in bananas may reduce muscle cramps after intense exercise, boost the production of testosterone, and improves the libido.

Mashed and blended with yogurt bananas are good as a conditioner for hair loss.

2 cups of water

Instructions

Wash the banana peel thoroughly then place it in a pot of boiling water.

Bring the water to boil, then lower the heat and let the drink simmer for about 10 minutes.

Remove the banana peel. Serve with cinnamon and/or lemon.
