CONNECTING TO NATURE
There are many benefits to walking barefoot. Earthing is the first and most influential benefit of walking barefoot but other benefits include improving sleep quality, balancing electrons, increasing your senses and developing overall posture. I grew up in a small town in North Carolina, that to this day does not have a stoplight. I have always been drawn to nature. I believe God created herbs, plants, and trees to benefit us. It is up to us to know their application.
